GolfStatus Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Together with the GolfStatus Terms of Service and the GolfStatus Privacy Policies (each of which may be updated from time to time and are incorporated herein by reference), the following GolfStatus Referral Program Terms and Conditions apply to the GolfStatus Referral Program (the "Program"). Please read the Terms carefully. If you do not understand or accept any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.

  1. Type of Referrer. A legal entity/company or an individual may participate in the Program. If you agree to participate in the Program on behalf of a legal entity, you are representing to us that you have the authority to bind that legal entity. Parties that initiate a referral are defined as “Referrers.” Referred contacts who activate the GolfStatus service as a new GolfStatus customer are defined as “Referees.”

  2. General. By referring a contact, utilizing GolfStatus’s software (the “GolfStatus Platform”), or otherwise participating in the Program, Referrers and Referees agree to be bound by these Terms.

  3. Program Requirements. Participation in the Program requires the submission of a Qualified Referral.

    1. A Qualified Referral is a referral that results in a new GolfStatus customer:

      1. who agrees to host their event using the GolfStatus Platform (including its online registration component and/or the sale of its technology Sponsorship) within 90 days of the referral,

      2. who does not cancel the event, and

      3. to which the Referrer was assigned as the last referring party

    2. To make referrals, Referrers must:

      1. complete the information in the authorized online referral forms available through or, and

      2. be an individual person and of the age of majority in the state/province or jurisdiction where you are a resident at the time of participation.

  4. Eligibility and Commission Details. Qualified Referrals are eligible for $50 compensation and, in some cases a bonus donation on the Referrer’s behalf to qualified Program nonprofit organizations, unless one of the following restrictions applies:

    1. Companies and employees of GolfStatus or its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to earn commission for referrals.

    2. Participation in the Program is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation.

    3. The Program is only available through GolfStatus and its eligible Program partners. Moreover, GolfStatus reserves the right to modify and revoke the eligibility of its Program partners at any time.

    4. Referrers cannot earn referral commission for referring themselves.

    5. Referrals made through non-authorized GolfStatus referral forms are ineligible for commission.

    6. GolfStatus reserves the right to void any Referral commission based on the following:

      1. ineligibility of any Program participant

      2. fraudulent activation or,

      3. if GolfStatus, in its sole discretion, finds that the Referrer or Referee have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.

  5. Referral Commission Notification. Referrers that earn a commission will be notified via email with redemption instructions for the commission.

    1. Failure to claim a referral commission within 30 days of notification will result in the forfeiture of the commission by the Referrer.

  6. Tax. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program.

  7. Modifications. GolfStatus reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.

  8. Term. This Program is effective from the Effective Date defined below and will run from the Effective Date to the first Program Renewal Date, and each subsequent term of the Program will run from the Program Renewal Date to the next Program Renewal Date, in each case until terminated.
